Joining a GAS is an important decision because it is a way of becoming a more sustainable and conscientious consumer. Choosing to buy products locally, that are organic, or from small producers who work in harmony with the environment, is an act of love for the land.

Further, joining a GAS is fun! Instead of a cold, sterile shopping experience, you have the opportunity to meet people who share your ideology. As a GAS member, you'll learn about local products and producers, and you can collaborate to find new ones. This is also a way of building community, making friends, enjoying fresh fresh quality food, and protecting the environment at the same time!

To become a member of GAS La Credenza, there is a 10 euro membership fee. This fee covers the basic GAS operations costs (rent for the pick-up location, and other expenses). You must be a GAS member in order to purchase products through the GAS. Please contact us to arrange your membership.

The prices for GAS products are determined by the producers; products are usually offered through the GAS at a discount. The GAS does add a small surcharge to all products. Like the GAS membership fee, this surcharge is used to cover rent, utilities, and educational/marketing materials for GAS activities and events. Surcharges may also be applied to cover the transport costs for particular products. All product representatives, and in general, all those who work for the success of the GAS are volunteers.

As a member you can help the GAS to organize events or volunteer your time to assist with deliveries or other projects. Let us know if you're interested in getting more involved!

If someone wants to buy form our GAS, without be a member, can do it but there is a little inflation pf prices (for example: fruit and vegetable box costs 9,30 euro instead of 9 euro).
